1. The machine is a moving column structure, which enables three-axis, four-axis, or five-axis simultaneous operation. The machine can perform drilling, milling, tapping, boring and milling and other processing of various products.
2. The whole machine is made of high-quality HT 300 castings, which are treated by secondary tempering and natural aging to eliminate internal stress.
3. The base adopts one-piece casting to provide the most stable load-bearing capacity. The water guide plate design prevents leakage of cutting fluid.
4. Oil separation device and cutting fluid filtering function.
5. Mechanical transmission spindle: The main body is assembled with P4 grade bearings to ensure low vibration at all speeds; direct-connected mechanical spindle is standard configuration, and belt drive or integrated electric spindle is optional configuration.
6. Built-in pipeline: Prevent the cutting fluid of the chip machine from corroding the pipeline.
7. Equipped with BT50 direct-connected mechanical spindle, automatic loosening, pulling, and locking of tools. The tool change can be automatic, which according to the requirement of customer, using 16-tool umbrella type tool magazine or 24-tool disc type tool magazine. The time for changing adjacent tools is less than 5 seconds.
8. The device is equipped with a three-color indicator light, which is installed in the upper front of the operation box and can be clearly seen at every position.
9. The equipment electrical control cabinet is equipped with a convection heat dissipation device to effectively carry out heat exchange.
10. The machine and fixture operation buttons are set on the external operation panel. After the operator installs the workpiece, he can operate it externally. The equipment has a safety interlock function (in automatic state).
11. The equipment operation buttons are waterproof (buttons used by operators, start, pause, emergency stop, safety door start, close), and the operation panel is cabinet-type and movable.

17. The machine safety door has a door interlock safety function. The door opening is greater than 0.9 meters for easy operation, and the door is equipped with an observation window and steel grille protection; full-cover sheet metal, energy-saving LED lighting; added safety interlock.

The design and manufacture of this machine complies with the standard of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and complies with the relevant national standards (GB, GB/T).
