Introduction
This series of products is our company's standard machine series, supporting the use of the industry's famous brand components, configured with high-torque, high-speed spindle motor, high rigidity bed and guideway configuration design, taking into account the characteristics of the high torque, high speed and high precision, processing stability as the main demand, with a wide range of processing adaptability and stability.
Structural Design
The structural design of the VM series is optimised by the most advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method in the market, and a large number of reinforcing bars are used to optimise the internal stress structure of the whole machine, ensuring the steeliness and thermal stability of the whole machine.
Structure Features
- It has the form of square sliding guideway in Z direction and imported rolling linear guideway in X and Y aixes, which has small dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, small vibration at high speed, no crawling at low speed, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improves the precision and accuracy stability of the machine tool.
- Featured with characteristics of high speed, high precision, high strength, high rigidity, can achieve a variety of discs, plates, shells, moulds and other complex parts in one clamping to complete the drilling, milling, boring, expanding, hinging, tapping and other processes.
Bed, Column And Saddle
The bed, column, and saddle are composed of Meehanite HT300 grade cast iron, which includes very high dampening characteristics. The one piece bed casting and column are stress relieved to ensure machine geometry is maintained throughout the life. Wide spacing of the linear guideways ensures optimal support for the table and saddle in full travel of each axis. Heavily ribbed castings provide superior dampening for high speed machining and aggressive milling.

Widely used in aerospace, automotive parts, electrical instruments, motorbikes, tools, hardware, electrical machinery and other industries, moulds, parts processing. It can efficiently process small and medium batches of workpieces and manufacture complex and high-precision parts.
