Machine Structure
- VS-550 is a dual-spindle dual-tool magazine vertical machining center. The left and right movement (X
direction) of the worktable is roller linear guideway, the front and rear movement direction (Y direction) of the slide is roller linear guideway, and the up and down movement direction (Z direction) of the spindle box is roller sliding guideway. It adopts the latest dual-channel control CNC system of Japan FANUC OI MF PLUS. The originally imported FANUC motor, drive and electrical appliances are all from famous international brands, assembled, inspected and processed according to relevant strict international and domestic standards. The three-way feed adopts zero-clearance preload precision ball screw nut, which has strong rigidity, high precision and fast moving speed, and is suitable for high-efficiency and high-rigidity cutting.
The spindle system used in the machine tool is imported from well-known professional manufacturers in
Taiwan, Europe, America and Japan. All important parts have been strengthened. After the whole set of spindles are assembled under constant temperature conditions, they must pass computer balance correction and running-in test, so that the whole set of spindles has a long service life and high reliability. The spindle is standardly equipped with a belt drive of 8000rpm, and a direct-connected high-speed spindle of 12000 or 15000 rpm can also be selected. It can also be equipped with a central water outlet function.
It can enable X, Y, Z arbitrary coordinate movement and three coordinate linkage control. Dual spindles are fixed pitch, which can batch process the same parts with dual spindles at the same time. Dual Z-direction is an independent axis, which can be used for tool setting individually to effectively solve the problem of tool length compensation.
The operating control system options are abundant, with choices including Siemens 828, FANUC 0iMF, Mitsubishi M80, Syntec 22MA, Huazhong 808i, and others.
