Introduction
This series of machine tools comes standard with three linked axes: X, Y, and Z, and can be equipped with a rotary worktable on the B-axis. It is primarily used for machining hgh-precision, complex-shaped parts such as box-type, disc-type, shell-type parts, and molds. It can beequipped with an automatic tool-changing system, allowing for thecontinuous completion of milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping operations in a single setup. This enables programmed machining, shortens production cycles, and provides users with goodeconomic benefits. This series of machine tools is widely used in themachining of high-precision molds, automotive parts, aerospace components, hardware parts, and various other mechanical products.
Base, slide saddle, table,column, spindle box and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron,modelling resins and process, two aging treatment to eliminate stress, improve the stiffness and stability of arge parts and the whole machine, and effectively inhibit the deformation andvibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.
All three axisuse C3-grade precision ball screws, equipped with specialized bearings for imported screws. The pre-stretching design of the support seats at both ends increases the rigidity of the screw, reduces thermal displacement, eliminates transmission backlash, and improves accuracy. This results in smoother transmission, perfect reliability, and exceptional durability.
Three-axis guide rails are precision linear rolling guide rails, due to the friction between the guide rails is rolling friction, friction coefficient is small, the difference between staticand dynamic friction issmall, can achieve low-speed non-crawling, high-speed and high-predision positioning.
The spindle set is made by Taiwan professional manufacturer with high precision and high rigidity. The bearings arespecial bearings for P4 grade spindles, and the whole set of spindles passes the dynamic balance correction and running-in test after being assembled under constant temperature, which improves the service life and reliability of the whole set of spindles.
