4th axis control drive |
1. The machine is featured with a moving column structure, capable of 3-axis manufacturing, with optional installation of four-axis or five-axis, enabling drilling, milling, tapping, boring, and other processing for various types of products.
2. The entire machine adopts high-quality HT300 castings, undergoing secondary tempering and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses.
3. The base is made of a single-piece casting, providing the most stable load-bearing capacity. Coupled with a water tray design, cutting fluid does not leak externally.

5. Mechanical Drive Spindle: Assembled with P4 grade bearings to ensure low vibration at all speeds. Comes standard with direct mechanical spindle, and optional belt drive or integrated electric spindle.
6. Concealed Pipeline: Prevents cutting fluid erosion of pipelines by iron filings.
7. Standard equipped with BBT50 high-speed mechanical spindle, with automatic tool release and clamping. Tool change can be done with the standard 24-position tool magazine or optional 30-position tool magazine, with tool change time between adjacent tools less than 5 seconds.
8. The equipment is equipped with a tricolor indicator light, installed at the front of the operating panel, clearly visible at each position.
9. The equipment's electrical control cabinet is equipped with a convection heat dissipation device for effective heat exchange.
10. Machine and fixture operation buttons are set on the external operation panel, allowing operators to perform operations externally after installing the workpiece. The equipment features a safety interlock function (in automatic mode).
11. The equipment's operation buttons have waterproof function (start, pause, emergency stop, safety door start, close), with a cabinet-style movable operation panel.
12. The machine has axis travel limit alarm function to prevent equipment damage.

14. The machine structure is designed with sufficient static, dynamic, and thermal stiffness and can adopt mature advanced technology to ensure the system has good dynamic quality and long-term stable continuous high-speed processing. The selected servo drive system has high precision, good reliability, and fast response speed; X-axis adopts precision rack and pinion drive for high-speed operation, and precision ball screw drive can be selected for higher accuracy. Y-axis and Z-axis adopt precision ball screw drive.
15. The tool magazine allows for random tool selection and tool change, with the ability to set tool size and pre-select tools.
16. The equipment base has adjustable leveling feet for convenient overall equipment leveling adjustment.
17. The safety door of this machine has a door-machine interlock safety function; the door opening and closing adopt manual folding sliding doors, with an opening larger than 2 meters for easy operation. Observation windows are installed on the doors, with steel grating protection. The machine features full-cover sheet metal, energy-saving LED lighting, and additional safety interlocks.
